Attraction of the Week:

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride

Goodbye J. Thaddeus Toad

(with even more apologies to Sir Elton)

When are you going to end?
Tomorrow will be the last ride.
They should have kept you around.
They should have listened. They should have tried.

I know we can't hold you forever.
They didn't care much for you.
You won't be present for your fans to ride on.
And we're too young to be singing the blues.

So goodbye J. Thaddeus Toad.
Now the Toadies at Disney World cry.
They won't keep you in their theme park.
Lord knows the suits didn't try.

They want that silly old bear in the wood.
No more J. Thaddeus Toad.
Oh they've finally decided your future lies
Beyond the left and right roads.

What do you think they'll do then?
I bet they'll tear down your house.
It'll take us a couple of their surplus auctions
To get the stuff back from the Mouse.

Maybe they'll get a replacement.
There's plenty like Pooh to be found.
Tourists, who've got lots of money,
Hunting for hunny (and plush) all around.
